Ever Wondered Why is the keyboard not arranged in alphabetical order ?
1-The history of keyboard :-
The first typewriter was invented in 1868 by" Christopher Latham Sholes" and it was designed with an alphabetical arrangement.
However although it's a perfect it's cause a problem the people which typed so fast makes the mechanical character key got jammed very easily with this arrangement.
To prevent this problem the keys were randomly positioned so that the weaker fingers were needed more frequently.
This meant that people typed so fast the typewriter will be handle with them .
As a result the "qwerty" keyboard existence that we find and use it today.
But this story is a popular theory
according to Smithsonian the story of QWERTY keyboard it’s created according to the device of telegraph operators.
The first keyboard was being used by telegraph operator to translate Morse code, and the keyboard was built for that.
The time has come, some say to revise the keyboard for an increasingly.
The recently unveiled KALQ keyboard for smart phones it's made for typing using only your thumbs.
